Green Bay Packers at Seattle Seahawks |

Seattle’s passing game looked like it might be getting back on track with the return of Deion Branch and Bobby Engram last week, but Branch is back on the injury report and now Hasselbeck is out with a bad knee. Charlie Frye will start for the Seahawks, and that’s not very inspiring for tight end John Carlson’s stats, or for Engram, who had a solid game last week. Julius Jones will have to carry Seattle’s offense, and will probably put up some big numbers against a Green Bay defense that has allowed 161.4 yards per game on the ground.
Aaron Rodgers will face the league’s 25th ranked pass defense, and will make a low-risk play since Seattle’s defense has only picked off one pass this year. Greg Jennings has been Green Bay’s leading receiver every week this season, and Donald Driver has been solid too. Donald Lee scored his first touchdown of the year last week, but Seattle hasn’t allowed a tight end more than two catches or 12 yards since week one, so Lee may not be the best option until a better matchup. Seattle’s defense has allowed just less than 130 yards per game on the ground, so Ryan Grant is a good play this week, coming off a solid game against the Falcons. Green Bay has allowed at least two field goals in each game this season, so start Olindo Mare at kicker.
